Shoulderstand or Candlestick is one of the basic inversion Acro Yoga or Partner Acrobatics L-basing poses for beginners.

Tips for a base
The weight of the flyer should be on the heels of your hands. Don’t split the legs too much to the side, so the flyer can grab your tiptoes. Also point your toes.

Tips for a flyer
Try this jump into the shoulderstand once you’re comfortable with the position with basic entrance. In shoulderstand, protract your shoulders little bit, it’ll be easier for base’s grip. While moving the hands towards base’s tiptoes, move just one hand at a time and use the other for support. As always, don’t forget to point your toes.
