Place your foot right next to the Flyer’s foot. Lean back and use just your weight for counterbalancing, not the strength.
Tips for a flyer
Lean slowly to the side, so the Base have enough time to counterbalance your weight. Keep your foot flexed in your ankle for the whole time. Watch the line of your body, so you’re as straight as possible. Trust your Base otherwise you’ll fall.
