AcroYoga
Acro Yoga, partner acrobatics or acro is a partner physical practice combining elements of acrobatics and yoga, dynamic flows and static positions, L-basing and standing basing poses. It has so many different and beautiful variations that are fun, helping you improve your coordination skill, communication with your partner and developing trust. BASE refers to the one in the bottom supporting the weight of the flyer. FLYER refers to the one who is elevated off the ground by the base. SPOTTER refers to the one who is watching the base and mainly the flyer and make sure he or she lands safely. L-BASING refers to Acro Yoga practice when the base is lying on the ground with legs extended upward to support the flyer.
