Tips for a base
Hold still and try to have your body parallel to the ground, which means to push your upper back little bit down but don’t bend. Place your knees a little apart to each other, you’ll be more stable.
Tips for a flyer
Warm up your wrists before you do the handstand. Start with your legs in straddle position and place your hands shoulder width apart on the Base. Slowly lean towards and start lifting your legs. Do it as slowly and fluently as you can so you have proper control and don’t fall over.
